    Oh, and while I am at it...can I also have a way to make them all lower case instead of all caps?

    Spacing and all lowercase are easy fixes using a little CSS.

    Try adding the following under "BlogSite Options->Style Options->Custom CSS"

    #topMenu ul li a { padding: 2px 5px; }

    The first number is padding for the top and bottom. The second is padding for left and right.

    If you want more control, you can use 4 numbers for top, right, bottom, left -  2px 5px 2px 5px

    To adjust the capitalization you would add "text-transform: lowercase;" to that same line, like this:

    #topMenu ul li a { padding: 2px 5px; text-transform: lowercase; }

    The text-transform can be "uppercase", "lowercase", "capitalize" (only the first letter), or "none" (meaning it should display as typed.)

    Justifying the links in the menu evenly across the width gets a little trickier because the menu starts interacting with other sections of the site.
