What happens when the form seems to be working but you are not receiving any emails? Does it mean the contact form is broken?
Our contact forms have been tested thousands of times and we use a popular plugin called "Contact Form 7" which has been used on thousands of sites. So in general, the form works. But there are a few situations where email may not get to the intended target (you).
Here are some things to check if you are not seeing emails...
1) First look at the form and make sure the email is typed correctly. Visit "Contact" in the main admin menu (or "Contact Forms" in 'Easy Mode').
2) Check any spam/Junk folders. If you are setting up the form for the first time, your email program may be rejecting thema as junk until you mark them otherwise.
3) Check the sent folder if you are testing it yourself... (or fill in a fake email when filling out the form) sometimes email programs will see it as an email "from" you and stick it in the sent folder...
4) Try a second email, especially good would be a @hotmail.com or @gmail.com or any popular online email like that. If you getting it there, we know the issue is with your specific email.
If all those check out... You should contact your email provider and see if email from our IP - 220.127.116.11 - is being blocked for some reason.
